Refund and Returns Policy

Return

The precise selection of size and so on can effectively avoid returns and exchanges. As a wholesaler, we definitely hope that our products can satisfy you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, therefore we offer a 45-day return option. We will accept the items back within 45 calendar days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise upon its arrival. Customized items are not accepted for returns. If there is any quality problem, we will make compensation.

Return Step:

  1. Message us through our contact us form for authorization.
  2. Pack the products in their original condition, with all the tags and labels attached, and plastic pouches intact. To protect your return from damage in transit, place the items in a sturdy box.
  3. Include a copy of your purchase invoice or the order number and your name.
  4. Mail the package to the following address with a carrier of your choice. We strongly suggest insuring the shipment.

Please note, customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping unless items were shipped in error or the order was damaged in transit. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. On orders that qualified for free shipping, actual shipping costs paid by us to the carrier will be deducted from a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
